The Land Division process can be overwhelming at times and especially for first time developers.

Here at Optima our aim is to provide an efficient service from start to finish where clients are kept informed through the journey of the Land Division process.

We take implicit care of your land division by getting to understand your needs at the initial consultation to then forming relationships with surveyors, government bodies and other interested parties to ensure a positive conclusion resulting in the deposit of your plan of land division at the Land Titles Office.

We are well placed in the industry with over 20 years’ experience and will ensure all areas comply with the relevant Acts including Development Act 1993 (SA) and the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (SA). Optima are specialists in all areas of land division including but not limited to the creation of down the middle 1 into 2 allotments, hammerhead allotments, community allotments and larger scale staged land divisions of which we have already completed for well-known developers in Adelaide.
